Prachar Vedam is open by invitation. This page says what we collect on the public site, what we do with it, and how to change or remove it.
The invite request
The request form asks for your name, work email, company and website. We use them to read your request and reply by email.
The form also sends the time you took to fill it in and one hidden field. Both only help us tell people from automated spam.
Your request is kept as a lead in Prachar Vedam's own CRM and emailed to our team.
Analytics and session replay
Analytics load only after you press Accept on the banner. If you press No thanks, they do not load.
When you accept, we count your visit. We also record about one visit in ten as a session replay. Everything typed into a form field is hidden in the recording.
Your choice is saved in your browser. To change it, use Analytics choices at the foot of the home page. If you decline after accepting, the page reloads without analytics.
Your account
If we invite you and you sign up, we also keep the account and business details you give us. We use them to run your workspace, give support, and keep it secure.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, email Deepak.kumar@datavedam.com from the address you used.
